"Celebrating Pasta" Cooking Class and Dinner Party

Here's your chance to watch and learn from Chef Bradley Anderson.  Spend Saturday afternoon (2-4 p.m.) learning everything there is to know about pasta and watching cooking demonstrations to include making pasta, shaping, storing and cooking pasta.  After that "hang out" in the kitchen while Chef Bradley prepares our Italian dinner.

The weekend for two adults includes two nights lodging, Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast, Saturday afternoon cooking class, handouts and recipes, four-course Italian dinner for two with wine and a Firelight Inn apron and cookbook. The cost for the weekend is $600 including tax for our queen size suites and $650 including tax for our king size suites.  This cooking weekend will be a great time and a chance to socialize and meet other people staying at The Firelight Inn.
