132 East Superior Street in the old Duluth Hall Building. This new restaurant offers burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads and vegetarian meals saluting Duluth’s founding fathers. The basement bar has the feel of an old-time Speakeasy similar to those in Chicago and other big cities from back in the gangster era.
