Superior Suite

The Superior Suite is a two-room suite featuring a “lighthouse” theme and is painted a beautiful shade of blue.  It is located on the third floor and offers a king-size iron bed with silk blue roses gracing it, a two-person, corner Jacuzzi whirlpool surrounded in black granite and not far from the fireplace, private bathroom with shower, and the suite includes state-of-the-art air conditioning, CD player, audio system and IPod docking station, and our luxurious amenities. The skylight in the Superior Suite opens, connects to the spiral fire escape and provides wonderful views of Duluth’s Harbor and Lake Superior over the tops of the majestic trees. Two more skylights offer fresh air and natural light.  French doors adjoin a sitting room including a comfortable love seat, rocking chair, entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, antique armoire, a small refrigerator and a bar sink.

There is a dining table and chairs in the bedroom by the windows facing the big lake and a high dining table with stools in the sitting room, so dining can be enjoyed in the bedroom watching the sun over Lake Superior or in the sitting room where you may want to catch your morning news program on television.  This suite exemplifies luxury at its best!

We do require a two-night minimum weekend stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights).  One night stays may be available at the last minute – give us a call! One nights stays Sunday through Thursday are always available.
