Brie and Canadian Bacon Quiche

This quiche is a favorite of our guests at our bed and breakfast Inn.  It’s so easy to prepare and comes out beautiful with each serving.

1 package (6 ounces) Canadian Bacon
8 eggs beaten
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 package (4.5 ounces) Brie cheese, cubed
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

In a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, place Canadian Bacon slices around the sides and bottom, overlapping slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stirring until blended. Carefully pour egg mixture into the pie plate.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let stand five minutes before cutting.

6-8 servings.

Serve this quiche with fresh fruit, muffins and sweet breads along with orange juice and coffee and you will feel like you are enjoying a Firelight breakfast in your own home!
